Market Day

Market Day information goes home at the beginning of each month with students. Pick-up for Market Day items are on the school calendar (see link to the left), in the monthly newsletter or on the PTO News page (see link to the left). If you can volunteer (anytime between 3:30-5:30) to help unload the truck, separate food and /or fill orders please let the office know and we will pass the information along. Thank you!

Martin's Reward Program

Our school participates in the Martin's A+ School Rewards Program. Calvert Elementary will have the opportunity to earn CASH through this exciting program. Please send in your Martin's Bonus Card number to the school office and we will input it for you. Then each time you use your Martin's card Calvert will receive a percentage of your purchase. Thank You!!!

Info. on Campbell's Labels and Box Tops!

In addition to Campbell's labels we are also collecting General Mills Box Tops for Education. Any and all General Mills Box Tops are welcome. You can turn the Campbell's soup labels/box tops in to the office.

Calvert is Collecting Used Ink Cartridges For a Recycling Program

We are now collecting used ink jet cartridges. So, the next time you change the ink cartridge in your printer please consider donating your used one to us. You may want to pass this information on to your relatives as well. We will accept used cartridges from anyone. Below is a listing of the models we will collect:

1. All Hewlett Packard Ink Jet Cartridges
2. All Lexmark Ink Jet Cartridges
3. Cannon BC01/02/05, BC20, BX3 Ink Jet Cartridges
4. All Compaq Ink Jet Cartridge

Please note we do not accept Epson Ink Jet Cartridges

All collected cartridges will be sent to a recycling firm and we will receive financial compensation toward school computer supplies for students. Please consider helping us and the environment. Thank you in advance for your support.

Herr Foods Homeroom Attendance Awards

In addition to awarding individual attendance, we also recognize the classroom that has the highest percentage of students attending school each month. Each student receives a bag of Herr's chips in recognition of this accomplishment.
