Now you will create a brochure abut your colony. You will need to make a rough draft of your brochure on paper, then you will go to the computer lab to work on your brochure using Clarisworks and the brochure template. You should write a one-paragraph description for each of the topics described in the main task. You should also create bold, strong images that will make settlers want to come to the region. Be prepared to present your brochure to the class.

Remember to spell correctly and draw neatly.

The brochure templates were made using Clarisworks. You can divide up the categories, however you would like and create your own template. I set the page to landscape, divided it into 3 columns and created text boxes for each category.
