Our mission is to successfully educate all students by communicating, collaborating, and cooperating effectively, as well as supporting each other and celebrating our successes.
Cecil Manor Elementary is a Title I school. The federal government provides funding to states each year for Title I programs. The goal of Title I is to provide a high quality education for every child. Title I resources are directed to schools with high poverty levels as determined by the percentage of students who receive free or reduced priced meals.
