At-A-Glance School Improvement Plan
Throughout the school year staff members, community members and central office representatives review and revise our educational goals for our children. Many hours are spent analyzing data such as test scores, report card grades and state assessments in an effort to design a learning environment that will meet the needs of all students as well as align with state and county goals. The entire document is quite lengthy and is available upon request. The following is a summary of the plan. We invite your comments and require your assistance in meeting these goals.
Vision/Mission:
We are a community of learners. Teachers, support staff, parents and community members working together towards common goals for all students. As a community, we will feel comfortable taking risks, exploring new ideas, listening with intent and learning from each other. This will afford us the confidence to motivate students to become responsible, respectful, life-long learners. Our vision is to foster a nurturing environment in which all students develop a love for learning, a drive to meet their full potential and a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
