We are collecting food for families in need. Please send in non- perishable food items to be put in the shopping cart, which is located in the front lobby. We would also be interested in having a few turkeys or hams donated to complete the Christmas dinner packages. If you would be interested in donating a turkey or ham please contact Kristina Szewczyk via email @ klszewczyk@ccps.org, or via the school 410-275-1000.
Santa’s Secret Workshop is coming back to Cecilton Elementary. It will be held on Dec. 18 and December 21st. Students will have the opportunity to visit the workshop and purchase gifts for their family. Volunteers are needed. Please fill out the attached volunteer form and send it back to school with your student or contact Michelle Lilly mishlilly01@yahoo.com or Joanne Boyle jboyle@ccps.org .
The Snowman Social will be December 18th 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. with fun for all. Please come out and join us for a fun filled evening. Looking forward… During the December P.T.O. meeting on December 15th we will be discussing the presentation given by Detective Mike Cunningham at the November meeting. We will spend time brainstorming proactive ways we can both protect our kids and teach our kids to be safe. The presentation by Detective Cunningham was wonderful, but if you missed it- you are certainly not excluded from the December meeting. We will start with a recap of the presentation to catch you up!
