A hockey team based in Quebec, Canada. After the 1995 season the team moved from Quebec to Colorado where they became the Colorado Avalanche

R - Rockerd Blades -

Used by pro players, a gentle curve in a very sharp blade of an ice skate. Rounding the toe and heel while you skate produces a rockerd blade.

S - Sweep Check -

Made by a player with one hand on his stick and a knee very low to the ground almost touching the ice. The player then slams against the opponents stick thus knocking the puck away from him.
