In order to be able to do all of the miraculous things that we do, you will need to stretch your legs the most but your whole body needs to be loose! You also need to be strong enough to be able to throw a girl and lift her by at least the weight of 120 lbs. If you can’t do 20 push ups, try lifting light weights at least 20 times up and down in each arm. This will all help you lift easier and keep your body moving and happy when you cheer. It will make you look and feel a lot better and you will look better and fit! Over all you will be a better cheerleader! |

| First, you need do what we call figure fours. This is when you sit on the ground one leg out and toe pointed and the other leg is bent at the knee towards your other leg. Now, reach with both hands down to your pointed toe. Then stretch your other leg the same way. When you’re done put both legs out in front of you, point your toes and reach with both hands out in front of you to both of to your legs. Now, practice doing splits and straddles. A split is when you go down with both legs going opposite ways and your facing in front of you. A straddle is when you go down and both of your legs are going opposite ways and your facing side ways. Hold both ways for 20 seconds. | ||||||||||||
