Kauai is a very unique island that is in the western most part of the United States. It is also the oldest island of the chain of Hawaiian Islands. The seven other islands are Hawaii, (also known as the "Big Island"), Oahu, Nihau, Molokai, Lanai, Maui, and Kahoolawe.

Each islands is different in its own way. This island is all about beautiful scenery and relaxation. You will only find one big city in Kauai, which is Lihue. In Lihue, you will find the airport, as well as many hotels and tourist attractions. Throughout the rest of the island, there are small villages and towns, and also many tourist attractions. The most popular spot to vacation is Poipu. Here, there are many wonderful and charming beaches and activities. Poipu beach actually has an area where you can snorkel and see many tropical Hawaiian fish. You can also see many tropical flowers.

Besides all of this, Kauai has several captivating physical features such as big mountains and cliffs, waterfalls, and awesome beaches. There is nothing that is not on the island of Kauai!
