Fad diets are the worse type of diet you could be on when you are when your are looking forward to losing weight. They actually help you gain weight rather than losing it. I know your probably thinking how is that. Well when you are on a fad diet most of them don’t work for you, witch means instead of losing weight you gain weight. Also because your are not that energized you sit around all day witch means you wont lose any weight any way. |
