How To Eat Right
Whenever your moms say, “ If you want to grow up and be big and strong you have to eat right, so eat your vegetables honey.” I’m sure you think “ Well I don’t want to be strong and healthy.” That’s not the only way to eat right though. To eat right means to:  eat foods that build a healthy body from head to toe, and to have a positive attitude towards food.  To nourish your body properly you need to eat lots of different types of food.  For example, oranges are healthy because they are loaded with vitamin c, but they lack protein. Peanut butter is loaded with protein   but lacks vitamin c. So together peanut butter and oranges make a good snack and also tasty.

You can eat as healthy as you want but you also have to maintain a healthy weight, and balance the food you eat with physical activities. Medical experts say that being to heavy or to thin may increase your chances of developing health problems .If your are to heavy, you can be at risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis , breathing problems , and certain forms of cancer. If you are under weight then you are at risks for amenorrhea, infertility, or osteoporosis.  Just the sound of those dieses should chill your bones.

How much you should weigh depends on many different factors. Factors such as :

  

   * YOUR AGE        * YOUR HEIGHT       * YOUR FRAME SIZE

 

   *YOUR BODY COMPASITION     * YOUR HERIDTY 

 

   * HOW PHYSICALLY ACTIVE YOU ARE
