For example playing basketball ,soccer, or even cross country will help you stay in shape because of all of the running , jumping ,and arm movements . those are actually exercises that a lot of people do on a regular daily basis . whatever physical activity that you choose , in order to help the body has to be long and vigorous to increase the heart rate , raise the body temperature, make you breath heavy and also sweat. |
It’s really important to exercise while your are on a diet . The reason why it is important is because when you lose weight some muscle tissue is lost along with the fat , but if you exercise every day during the time period you are on the diet the muscle loss is minimized . if you are over weight and you start to lose weight by something else besides exercising it’s important that you do exercise because if you don’t the fat will go away but the skin will stay . If you don’t want the skin , then you need to exercise. |
