There are many plants that live in the rain forest. There are even specific flowers that are believed to cure cancer. There are also Bromeliads that makes a cup to hold water in it. This provides a home for amphibians like the tree frogs of the rain forest.

Another one of the flowers in the rainforest is the epiphytes. The rain forest is full of HUGE trees, which makes it difficult for plants to grow at the bottom because the foliage is so thick that it’s usually a hot, humid, and dark place. The rain forest floor is infertile because all the nutrients are in the trees, along with the floors thick mat of leaves, it is hard for plants to grow unless a tree naturally decays and another grows in its place.

One of the trees that can make profit is the rubber tree when you tap its sap you can sell it for money without hurting the environment. One of the woods you can get from the rainforest is balsa wood it is strong and very light making it easy to sell. One of the other trees in the rain forest is the cabbage bark tree. There are also plants in the water one of them is the Giant Victoria Amazonian Water Lilies, which are giant lily pads. There are also whole Igapo Rain Forests sections of the Amazon sticking out of the water. These are some of the many plant in the Amazon River and Rain Forest
