  at 10 weeks old the baby panda starts taking its first steps. At 3 months old it weighs 12 pounds and at 5 months old it trots with its mother. At 6 months old it eats bamboo. But that is not a diet until one year old.

H-harkness-

  Ruth harness was the first person to hold the very first baby panda in the United States.

Infant mortality rate-  

  this rate is 40% lower then it was before. This means that only 40% of pandas survived to be adults.
