The best way to stay safe from tornados would be to live where they aren’t. If that is not possible and a tornado occurs stay away from windows because they could brake and hit you. Try to get in a basement or a safe, which is basically an underground shed. Try to have flashlights or candles with you in case of a power outage. |

| So many horrible things have happened from tornados and many storm chasers are trying to figure out things to help out with that. Such as houses bolted to the ground and more high tech tools for a safe. If you live in a highly tornado watch area, I suggest you watch the weather often and stack up on goods to help you get through a storm. | |||||||||||

Things to get for a storm would be candy snacks and almost everything that doesn’t have to be cooked because cooking in a storm could be very dangerous. Bottled water and many drinks would be good to stay hydrated. Batteries are the best things to get along with matches. |
