Tornado Alley

Tornado Alley is in the Midwest and over one thousand tornados each year occur here. In nineteen eighty-nine, the worst tornado ever happened. It killed over one thousand three hundred people in Bangladesh and over one thousand houses. Tornado Alley has been around for a very long time seventy years in fact. More tornados go through here more then any other place in the world.

It stretches North from Texas all the way to Nebraska. It goes northwest to Ohio and all the way into Canada. Even though that might seem like a big area, one thousand tornados a year is still unbelievably a large amount.

The got the name Tornado Alley just because there is so many tornados there and believe it or not because the tornados make almost like an alley when they bull doze through the objects they pass, they got the name alley. Out of all that big area the place with the most tornados is Texas.
