Mexicans are very festive. On some calendars in some cities you will find that festivals take place every day of the year. Most all of the festivals use the same things, fireworks, music, dance, processions, costumes, pinatas, and food. Each town prepares by stringing sheets of paper cutouts above the streets and plazas. People of all ages practice for days and nights for music, dance, theater, and mischief making. A lot of work goes into preparing for a brief moment in time.
