Cancun is one of Mexico's most popular resorts. Cancun has white sandy beaches, and a warm, sunny climate. The island often called the "hotel zone." It features hotels, a convention center, shopping malls,restaurants, and night clubs. Cancun consists of a mainland city and a nearby island resort. The first toursists arrived in 1974.
