This is an order of the Pinnipedia, which are aquatic carnivorous mammals. All four of their limbs are modified into flippers.

Spectacled Porpoise
These porpoises live in the coastal waters of Southeastern America. They weigh in between 130 to about 190 pounds and are from 60 to 80 inches. Their skin is black on top and white on the bottom.
