Biography Project

TASK
You are applying for a job as an investigative reporter for 20/20. As one part of your application portfolio, you will need to write a research paper. The producer wants to do a segment on a well-known person who has not received the recognition he/she deserves. Your task is to select and research one person's life according to the show's guidelines. You will evaluate his/her life in light of history. Choose someone you've wondered about, admired, or found interesting. Be sure to select someone about whom you can find several sources of information.

Your assignment is a 5-7 page research paper. (This includes the title page and bibliography page.) This will be based on the person about whom you've read a biography or autobiography. You will need to have at least four different sources of information--two print sources and two digital sources. You will also need to complete at least 15 note cards and a bibliography card.
