Senator Barbara Mikulski has just announced that she will be running for re-election. As part of her platform she would like to include the current concerns of Maryland's youth. It is your job to choose a controversial topic to research. You will write a persuasive essay that will be delivered as a speech accompanied by a multi-media presentation appealing to Senator Mikulski's re-election platform.
