Your final project will be divided into three parts. Remember that you are auditioning for a movie based in the Renaissance period and that each component of the project will further your artistic ability.
Product 1:
Your first product will be an ECR in which you will compare one social value and one tradition of the Renaissance to modern day. Once you finish your rough draft, check the Cecil County rubric to evaluate your writing.
Product 2:
Next, you will create a collage that illustrates what you think are the five most interesting facts of the time period. You will have to explain why you chose these facts to the class. See attached rubric to evaluate your work.
Product 3:
Finally, you will use your knowledge of the time to perform a character sketch. You will have to dress, to act, and to discuss a modern social issue as a person that is lower, middle, or upper class. (You have to choose ONE class.)
