The Research Cycle:
Step 7-Your Final Research Paper

Your final product will be a research paper containing a cover, the body of the paper, and a formal bibliography page. Use the information from your notecards and questions to guide your writing. Use your source card to create your bibliography. Organize your final project in the following order.

Cover... typed, Times New Roman font, title, your name, date

Paper... typed using 12 point size, Times New Roman font, 1" margins, 3-4 pages long
Begin your paper with an interesting introduction and write organized and well-developed paragraphs. Include parenthetical citation of sources with correct spelling and grammar. The reader should see how you combined new information from your research to form your own understanding and personal insight.

Formal Bibliography... typed using 12 point size, Times New Roman
Use correct format with a minimum of two print resources and two non-print resources. Correct spelling is expected.
