Re-enactment

Scholastic Warehouse Title I Trip
Shop Til You Drop was the motto of the day for students attending the field trip to the Scholastic Warehouse. Students were able to pick books for their summer reading.
Camp Tockwogh
Several students headed for a true outdoor experience at Camp Tockwogh on the Chesapeake Bay. Here they are shown suited up for the high ropes course...a definite "high" point of the whole trip!

Service Learning
EMS 7th grade students collected cans of food as part of their service learning project for 2007. Collected items will be donated to the local food bank.

Special Visitor to EMS
EMS students hosted Flat Stanley for first graders from Olive B. Loss Elementary School in Delaware. While at EMS, Stanley traveled throughout our building and sent photographs of his stay back to his first grade friends. Read more about the Flat Stanley Internet Project here.

Media Festival
Double Winner!
Congratulations to Rebekkah Smith seen here receiving one of her TWO awards at the county media festival. She had a 1st place win in experimental photography and a 2nd place win in graphic design using computer clipart.
