We hope that everyone is reading and working on their Book-It goal of ten books for the month of January.  Goal sheets are due by January 31st.

The end of the Second Marking Period is January 18th.  Our goal is for your child to know uppercase and lowercase letters and be able to count and identify numbers to 20.  If you would like to discuss your child’s progress in the classroom, please do not hesitate to contact his/her teacher.

Please check your child’s folder each night and empty it of any papers that do not need to be returned to school. Please remind your child to turn in notes, money, or homework each day when they come to school.

Homework is not due until Friday each week.

*Please send an extra set of clothes to school in a marked plastic bag.  Also your child needs a jacket for recess because the weather is becoming cold.
