Leeds Elementary School's Mission Statement

In our everyday duties as educators, we will put forth our best efforts to ensure that every child receives the support that is vital to personal fulfillment and academic success. We will work to ensure that the children of Leeds Elementary School receive a quality, diverse education, to decrease achievement gaps among subgroups and prepare our children to go forth into the world as life long learners.

Leeds Elementary School's Vision Statement
Leeds Elementary School will provide a safe, enjoyable, and nurturing learning environment to encourage students to become independent lifelong learners.  Students will receive quality instruction targeting their diverse needs to ensure academic and social success.

The Kindergarten and 3rd Grade will be featured in their own Spring Concert on Thursday, May 15th beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the LES Cafeteria! Come out and support music and all the hard work the students of LES have put in this year by attending this concert!

Please join the Leeds Music Department and the LES 4th Grade Band and Chorus members as we help the 5th grade students go out with a BANG at the Band/Chorus Concert on Tuesday, May 20th starting at 6:30 p.m. in the LES Cafeteria! This will be the final performance with all of the 5th graders and Ms. Moorman and Mr. Moon - come out and watch them ONE LAST TIME!

Fun & Fitness Day will take place on Wednesday, May 28th (Raindate: Wednesday, June 4th) during the regular school day!
Please make sure your child(ren) is dress APPROPRIATELY with sneakers and comfortable clothing. Students may bring a plastic water bottle labeled with their name!

IMPORTANT SCHOOL CALENDAR INFORMATION: The last day of school for all students is Friday, June 6th!
