 My mission for each young artist at Rising Sun.... FIFTH GRADE artists explore a variety of media. FOURTH GRADE artists study and create art from different genre. THIRD GRADE artists will learn various reasons for creating art and create art it that field or for that purpose. SECOND GRADE artists will study art from other cultures learning new processes and techniques. FIRST GRADE artists will observe and draw realistic objects in an abstract style. KINDERGARDEN artists will explore a variety of tools and materials while creating art.
 
We will give our best effort. We will complete each assignment following the criteria and showing our best craftsmanship. We will critique ourselves and others based on the criteria to evaluate progress.
