During 7th Grade Physical Education this year when working with Mr. Blankenship, students will have a chance to work with technology! The class will be working in teams to develop small video clips of different workout routines. Students will be doing this project to help develop interest and understanding in regards to the weight-room. Hopefully by performing this project, students will be more well prepared to handle and understand training concepts during a later weight training unit.
