Here at North Bay, groups of students take turns setting the tables and clearing the tables. Not an easy task when you are preparing for 300 students, teachers, and North Bay staff members!
Part of the Food 101 class is a trip up the hill to see Mr. Ron’s farm and house. He showed us how to live a simpler life. The amount of water he uses in a week is equal to the amount of water we use in one six minutes shower! And most of the food that we eat has traveled an average of 1500 miles to get here - why aren’t we eating the food that is grown in Maryland? Thank you, Mr. Ron for opening our eyes!
