My goal this year (aside from survival) is to be a valued and effective “support” to all teachers. Coming directly out of the classroom, after teaching 4th grade for six years, has allowed me to stay focused on what teachers need and appreciate from day to day. With this knowledge, I hope to offer them the support they desire in terms of professional development, coaching, modeling, intervention assistance, planning, etc...

Here’s to a new year, with a new beginning,  but with the same dedication...
