Welcome to Fourth Grade

It was nice to begin Fourth Grade with your child today. To help you better know our schedule you will find a list of our specials below:

Physical Education Monday 9:50-10:35
Integrated Arts Tuesday 9:50-10:35
Media Wednesday 9:55-10:40
Music Thursday 9:50-10:35
Art Friday 9:50-10:35
The children will need to wear sneakers on Monday for P.E. class and on Tuesday for Integrated Arts. Our class will be eating lunch at 12:09-12:39 each day.
The children will have homework Monday through Thursday nights. We try not to give homework on the weekends. Your child will have Math homework, will need to read for 20 minutes each night, and study their Spelling words for Friday’s Spelling test. Occasionally, there will be a Science or Social Studies long-term project. A homework tablet will need to be purchased for $2.00 from the school. Also, a Reading Log will come home for you to write the names of the books your child reads each night. I will check reading logs each morning.
