Chronic Health Conditions
-
The health care needs of students with chronic health conditions are complex and continuous. Cecil County Public Schools provides a school nurse in every school to provide health services for all students, including students with chronic health conditions. The school nurse coordinates and conducts assessments, and plans and implements individualized health care plans for safe and effective management of students with health conditions during the school day. If your child has a chronic health condition, please speak with your school nurse to discuss your child's needs. The following websites provide useful information for selected chronic childhood conditions.
