     Judy Center Service Coordinators

Hello, my name is Lynn Dech, I have been a service coordinator with the Judy Center Home Visiting Program for the past 10 years. In my position, I work with families providing resources, referrals, parenting skills, and much more.  I also provide play activities for children to promote school readiness utilizing the Frog Street Program. I have been with Cecil County Public School System for 17 years and have 23 years of experience working in public education.  If you are a Thomson Estate family and are interested in learning more about the home visiting program, please give me a call:  410 996 1059.  I am looking forward to working with you.

Hi! My name is Katie Valetutti and I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Cecil County Judy Center Partnership full-time for six years. I like to refer to myself as ‘Katie the Play Group Lady’ because my primary focus is providing playgroups for families with little ones age birth to five.  We learn together through play, connecting, and fun! I love encouraging adults on their parenting journey and getting to be a small part of it along the way!

My husband, Brian and I have daughters in middle and high school and attending Cecil College. We enjoy spending time with each other and our many pets; dogs, guinea pigs, a bird, and a hamster!  As Cecil County residents, we love the beauty of the bay, hiking wooded trails, and enjoying the four seasons, especially fall!

Please reach out to me at playgroup if you have any questions about connecting with other families who have little ones.  Thank you!

    Judy Center Secretary

Hi!  My name is Dawn Branch and I am the new secretary at the Judy Center.  I am so excited to be here!  I have worked for Cecil County Public Schools in a variety of positions for more than ten years.  My two sons and I have lived in Cecil County for more than 15 years.  We enjoy traveling, family mealtime, and our pets:  two cats, two mice, and an aquatic turtle.
