PARENT RESOURCE CENTER FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION: The Cecil County Public Schools' Parent Resource Center for Special Education provides a resource for parents, educators, and the community that benefit all youth with delays or special needs, from birth to 21 years of age. The Center provides resources, workshops, and links between the school and the community. All programs are free of charge. Registration is encouraged, but not required.
