IRS Form 1095-C
As a result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Cecil County Public Schools is required to provide all employees with an IRS Form 1095-C. The information contained on the form will be used to determine your compliance with this legislation.
Hard copies of each individual’s form will be distributed by January 31 of each year.
Please keep this form! You are required to report the information on this form on your Federal tax filing.
