CCPS - OpenGOV - Bids & RFPs

Dear Valued Vendors!

Cecil County Public Schools has partnered with OpenGov and is excited to announce a fully automated web-based electronic bidding system. CCPS eProcurement Portal will allow vendors to:

  • Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities in the e-Procurement Portal by selecting Subscribe to create an account. REGISTRATION IS 100% FREE FOR VENDORS.
  • Follow updates to existing solicitations by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments and addenda automatically.
  • Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations. 
  • Guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFPs, bids, etc. to ensure submissions have been accurately completed. 
  • Ultimately, be your one location for all bid opportunities issued by CCPS.

Step 1: REGISTER IN OPENGOV

Visit OpenGov to sign-up as a vendor at no charge. Upon sign-up, you will receive an email from OpenGov with instructions to activate your account.

Step 2: SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE SOLICITATION UPDATES

Once your account is activated, visit the Cecil County Public School Procurement Portal and click the "Subscribe" button to stay up to date with solicitations. Upon successful registration and after you have subscribed to receive notifications, solicitation documents will be available for download at no charge.

Step 3: MANAGE NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES

After subscribing, manager your category code(s) and notification preferences by logging into your OpenGov Company Profile. Visit the OpenGov Help Page to learn more about setting up category codes.
