Welcome to Facilities

The Facilities Department is the compilation of capital outlay-school construction, maintenance and operations personnel.  Our department consists of (1) Director of Facilities, (2) Supervisors of Facilities, (1) Manager of Facilities (2) Assistants in Facilities, (1) Construction Field Inspector, (1) Administrative Assistant, (2) Administrative Secretaries, (37) maintenance personnel,  and (117) custodians. As a department, we strive to provide clean, safe learning environments for over 15,000 students, teachers, staff and administrators. We maintain 31 schools and 55 portable classrooms (2.4 million square feet) as well as support other departments in their daily operations. We also process approximately 8800 work order requests annually.

We will support all students, faculty and community stakeholders by providing safe, clean and
comfortable learning environments through constant communication, cooperation and collaboration
between ourselves and building administration.

resources, and services to all other departments and each school.
