Educational Facilities Master Plan

The state of Maryland’s Public School Construction Program requires the submission of an Educational Facilities Master Plan (EFMP) by July 1, annually. The EFMP provides an evaluation of educational background data and serves as the primary facilities document to ensure appropriate planning of capital projects to support the delivery of education programs.
