Special Education Programs & Placements

Cecil County Public Schools Special Education services are located in each of our twenty nine schools.  Services and supports are provided according to the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).  All decisions regarding the placement of a child with a disability in a specialized program are made by the child's IEP team in consultation with the parents/guardians of the child.
