About the Cook Center for Human Connection 

Through a generous, ongoing grant from the Cook Center, the following resources are provided at no-cost:

  • ParentGuidance.org – Over 70 courses written by therapists; Ask a Therapist FAQ; 24/7 on demand, private.
  • MyLifeIsWorthLiving.org – The first animated teen web-series featuring characters and their support system dealing with the tough issues that face teens today. All episodes contain a message of hope and show that there are always people wanting to help; parents feel empowered knowing what to say and do.
