    Career and Technical Education

The Office of Career and Technical Education provides the direction, leadership, and technical assistance to all Technology Education programs in Cecil County's high schools and School of Technology. Many CTE  programs help students obtain industry-recognized articulated or transcripted credits. Students have the opportunity to participate in work-based learning experiences in order to learn on the job in addition to learning in the classroom. More information regarding Maryland CTE programs can be found by visiting and Technical Education.

For more information regarding CTE programs offered in Cecil County Public High Schools or the Cecil County School of Technology, please refer to the "need-to-know information" section in the Student Education Planning Guide.
