• BAY VIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL’S
    FAMILY OUTREACH PROGRAM

The Family Outreach Worker is from the Cecil
County Department of Social Services and can
provide voluntary outreach services to families of
our BES students. The worker can help with
locating community resources for a variety of
issues, such as help accessing counseling services,
    domestic violence interventions, substance abuse
    treatment, court/custody/visitation navigation,
parenting resources, housing, food, energy needs
and many other issues that one might need help
with. Assistance pertaining to your child’s
absenteeism and/or truancy from school can also
    be discussed.
