Only physical forms dated after 6/1/25 will be honored for school year 25-26. Registration opened and closed on May 22, 2025
- You do not need to arrive early for your appointment.
- We are limited on space, so you will have to wait outside until your scheduled time.
- You must be a Cecil County resident entering grades 6-12. You must have an appointment.
- If you don't remember your time, please confirm with Ginny Quinn at gquinn@ccps.org.

Only OUR SPORTS FORM may be used. If you need something else, please make sure that the other organization is OK with their form just being attached to our physical form.
Required forms may be printed below or picked up at your child's school.
