The Physical Education and Health curriculum are designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

In physical education, students are exposed to as many different types of activities as possible to encourage a life-long pursuit of personal fitness.

In health education, students learn self-awareness, coping skills, academic and social skills to make informed decisions regarding their own heath based on current information available.
