Welcome to the Cecil County Early Childhood Advisory Council (CCECAC)

CCECAC strives to help families in Cecil County, Maryland with children ages birth through 5.  Our focus is to provide tools and resources for families to interact, play, learn, and grow together.  Our goal is to increase school readiness for our little learners through active play and meaningful experiences provided by community partners in Cecil County.   As you browse this website, check out our "Power of Play" activity calendar and learn about our "Strengthening Families Program".  You will also find helpful information and recent data regarding school readiness as well as activities to do with your child that support key skills.
