Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service Project Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) has launched the Special Education Project to match eligible students with disabilities with qualified advocates, consultants, and attorneys who will provide free services to the student and their family. These services will be paid for by the Special Education Fund, up to $5,000 per case and up to $20,000 over the eligible student’s lifetime (based on available funds) |
