  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The information we may collect depends on the types of services we provide to you and depends if you are a student, guardian, employee, vendor or a member of the public. The types of personal information we collect may include:

  • Personal Identifiers: such as name, address, email address, phone number, and government-issued identification.
  • Online Identifiers: such as IP address, browser type, and usage data.
  • Other Personal Information: such as transaction history, financial information, or account preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
